Valentina Bilbao is an abstract artist from Venezuela. She began over twenty-five years ago after opening a small arts school in Venezuela. She expanded from there moving to South Florida where she now has art in galleries over Wynwood, all of Miami, and many states and countries. The artist works by using soulful and moving pieces of music and transforming them into works of art that capture the songs essence and emotion. She shares her art in hopes of transmitting her message to the world.
Her artwork captures a full and complete expression of emotions; joy, passion and love with spontaneity, energy and strength through a wide range of colors, textures, shapes and figures making all of her artwork comprehensive and rich in content. In addition her artwork has balance and harmony, which is the result of all the elements in the right proportions coming alive and maintaining a constant motion.
Color is the main character of her work and which all other elements are combined. This technique is the result of admiration and study different movements of art, which shows an extraordinary capacity for synthesis and integration.
